Teresa’s Garden Center at Montana and New York Avenues NE

It’s pretty much accepted that just across the street from Teresa’s Garden Center at the corner of Montana and New York Avenues NE will be one of four DC Walmarts. Anywhere else, that would be a mark of death for a garden center. Though I’m too lazy to look up the layout of this Walmart, something tells me it’ll be one of its new urban footprints which may not have enough room for a garden center.

But if the Walmart does have a garden center, say goodbye to this one.
